Role Summary
Veloris Global is hiring a Sales Development Representative to join its Growth & Partnership team in Kozhikode. The company operates in BPO, IT services, and digital enablement, supporting GCC and international clients with services such as IT solutions, digital marketing, CRM support, business process outsourcing, sales operations, e-commerce support, and back-office functions. In this role, you will focus on finding prospective customers, creating qualified opportunities, reaching out through multiple channels, and arranging meetings for the sales team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Research and pinpoint potential customers using a variety of sourcing channels.
- Run outbound lead-generation campaigns through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and other prospecting methods.
- Connect with prospects to understand their business goals, needs, and pain points.
- Book qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date, including leads, interactions, and activities.
- Consistently follow up with prospects to build and maintain interest.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to strengthen lead-generation efforts.
- Meet monthly and quarterly targets for leads and scheduled meetings.
- Monitor industry developments and competitor movements.
Required Background
- At least 2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, inside sales, or business development.
- Clear spoken and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
- Comfort using CRM platforms and sales tools.
- Good relationship-building ability and strong interpersonal skills.
- A results-focused approach with a strong drive to hit targets.
Preferred Profile
- Prior exposure to IT services, SaaS, digital marketing, BPO, or B2B sales.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead-generation tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a similar discipline.
