Role Overview
This full-time Sales Development Representative position is based in Singapore with a hybrid work arrangement. It is suitable for an entry to mid-level professional who is motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable driving pipeline growth through proactive outreach and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential buyers, target companies, and relevant decision-makers.
- Reach out to prospects through calls, email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Evaluate inbound and outbound leads against business and qualification criteria.
- Arrange meetings and product demos for Account Executives or Sales Managers.
- Develop and preserve strong working relationships with prospects and prospective clients.
- Record prospect conversations and pipeline updates accurately in CRM tools.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve lead-generation outcomes.
- Assist with campaign follow-ups, event-based outreach, and broader business development efforts.
- Monitor activity levels, conversion rates, and lead performance data.
- Keep up to date with market movements, industry trends, and competitor activity.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should have a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sales, or a related discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, customer service, or similar work will have an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities are important, along with confidence in prospect engagement, a goal-driven approach, good organization, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
Preferred Experience
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, or similar tools is a plus. Familiarity with SaaS, technology, fintech, professional services, or B2B sales environments is also preferred. Background in outbound prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, or lead qualification, as well as knowledge of sales frameworks such as SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales, or MEDDIC, will be beneficial. Multilingual communication skills are an added advantage.
Tools and Skills
