Role Overview

The Retail Store Coordinator position is based in a welcoming store setting and is focused on leading by example to create an excellent customer experience. This role suits someone who enjoys a busy retail environment and can help guide a team while maintaining strong store standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support strong store performance across visual presentation, customer service, stockroom activities, and merchandise processing.
• Help keep operations and service standards consistent by sharing clear updates and aligning the team on priorities.
• Organize, prioritize, and oversee daily work while encouraging teamwork and helping Associates learn service policies and procedures.
• Coach and develop Associates in product presentation and customer service to strengthen collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Create attractive merchandise presentations in key store areas to support the brand and value message.

Candidate Profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in retail or a service environment, along with an understanding of customer needs and day-to-day operations.
• A cooperative approach that helps build effective team relationships.
• Ability to manage several priorities at once in a fast-moving setting and adjust to changing demands.
• Strong communication and time-management abilities for sharing information clearly and organizing work effectively.

Compensation

The expected hiring rate is between $17.00 and $21.25 per hour. This range may not reflect the full pay band, and the final rate could be higher depending on relevant experience, skills, and local labour market conditions.
