Role overview
An established hospitality client in Dublin 4 is looking for a Reservations Supervisor to coordinate day-to-day booking activity and guide the reservations team. The position focuses on keeping guest reservations accurate, responding to enquiries promptly, and helping the business improve occupancy and revenue performance.
What you will do
- Handle incoming reservation requests and daily booking enquiries.
- Keep track of room inventory, pricing, and reservation patterns.
- Coach, support, and develop members of the reservations team.
- Respond to guest questions and manage complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain correct and up-to-date information across reservation systems and channels.
- Compile reports covering occupancy, booking speed, and overall team or property performance.
- Coordinate group reservations and bookings for special events.
- Work with management on forecasting and revenue-related planning.
