Key responsibilities
- Build a solid working knowledge of isolved’s core HCM offerings and the value they bring to clients.
- Continuously evaluate client needs through relationship management and strategic conversations.
- Advise customers on HCM best practices, talent management approaches, and technology adoption that can improve efficiency.
- Explain the benefits of isolved’s core solutions in a clear, compelling, and easy-to-understand way.
- Spot expansion opportunities, including talent solutions, while preserving strong client relationships.
- Work closely with internal support and operations teams to deliver a smooth client experience.
- Achieve or exceed goals tied to client engagement, sales activity, and revenue performance.
- Direct clients to the right teams for additional offerings such as HR Services, Talent Services, and 401(k) solutions.
