About the Role
Lola Blankets is a rapidly expanding comfort and lifestyle brand focused on creating a cozier world. The company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join its People function and help keep hiring operations moving efficiently.
In this position, you will support the Talent Acquisition team with sourcing, interview logistics, and candidate communication, while also managing end-to-end recruiting for selected openings across Commercial, Product, Operations, Marketing, and Finance. This opportunity is well suited to someone at the beginning of their recruiting career who wants direct exposure to the full hiring process in a fast-moving consumer brand.
Interview Coordination and Candidate Experience
- Organize interviews across every stage by coordinating calendars for candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
- Act as the main contact for candidates during the hiring process and keep communication prompt and clear.
- Equip interviewers in advance with scorecards, context on the role, and other relevant materials.
- Ensure candidates have a smooth and positive experience from the first outreach through either offer or closure.
Sourcing and Pipeline Support
- Identify and reach out to candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, direct outreach, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for roles that are frequently hired or especially important.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with first-round screening and outreach for positions in Commercial, Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and related areas.
- Investigate which sourcing channels work best for different functions and role types.
Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Manage recruiting from intake through offer for selected roles.
- Work with hiring managers to confirm role expectations, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
- Move candidates through each stage of the process while keeping everyone informed and the pipeline active.
- Deliver a strong candidate experience on every search you own.
Talent Operations and Systems
- Maintain accurate records in Greenhouse, including candidate information, pipeline stages, and interview feedback.
- Assist with updating job descriptions and distributing postings across LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Help improve recruiting workflows, templates, and coordination processes.
- Identify process issues or scheduling delays and escalate them to the Director of Talent Acquisition.
Work Setup
This is a hybrid position with an expectation to work from the Brooklyn office three days each week.
Qualifications
- Two to three years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a people operations role.
- Experience handling interview coordination and candidate communication in a fast-paced setting.
- Practical experience using an ATS, preferably Greenhouse, along with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle several priorities at once.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills with a candidate-first approach.
- Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable working independently while still seeking guidance when needed.
- Interest in advancing a career in talent acquisition; experience owning full-cycle searches is considered an advantage.
