About BRINC

BRINC is building technology to improve public safety, beginning with drones and durable throw phones that can reach dangerous locations and create communication channels to help calm high-risk situations. The company now also operates 911 response networks, where drones are sent to emergency calls to deliver live visual information that supports safer, de-escalation-led responses. BRINC’s systems are used by more than 600 public safety agencies across the United States, and the company has raised over $150 million from investors including Index Ventures, Motorola Solutions, Sam Altman, Dylan Field, Mike Volpe, Alexandr Wang, and others. The team is focused on hiring exceptional talent to advance its mission of helping first responders save lives.

Role Overview

In this full-cycle recruiting role, you will manage hiring from start to finish for technical, non-technical, and leadership positions. You will work closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to shape recruiting plans, share market intelligence, and create a strong experience for candidates. The role also involves active sourcing, pipeline management, and ongoing improvement of recruitment workflows so the company can grow efficiently.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviews, debriefs, offer negotiation, and transfer to HR.
  • Assess technical and non-technical capabilities, behavior and culture fit, and alignment with BRINC’s mission.
  • Work alongside executives and hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide guidance on hiring trends and talent supply.
  • Drive improvements in talent acquisition, including inclusive hiring, employer brand efforts, and better candidate experiences.
  • Continuously source and nurture strong candidates for both current openings and future needs.
  • Use recruiting data to monitor hiring performance, report metrics, and refine hiring strategies.
  • Partner with People Operations on workforce planning and onboarding support.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

This role calls for someone with at least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally gained in a fast-paced startup setting. You should be comfortable managing several priorities at once and navigating change with ease. Experience hiring across technical, non-technical, and leadership functions is required, along with the confidence to advise senior stakeholders on talent strategy. Strong sourcing expertise, familiarity with recruiting tools and best-practice hiring methods, and a data-oriented mindset are important. You should also have experience designing structured interviews and handling high-volume pipelines, plus excellent organization, attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to work independently. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential. Experience using an applicant tracking system such as Ashby, and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, is preferred. A commitment to building diverse and inclusive teams is important, as is the ability to discuss total compensation, including startup equity and stock options.
