Role Overview

This opportunity is with a school group founded in 2002, committed to delivering a high-standard education that equips students for academic success, personal growth, social development, and future study at leading universities worldwide. The organization operates six schools across Abu Dhabi, Mohammed Bin Zayed City, Dubai, Sharjah, Al Ain, and Ras Al Khaimah. All schools hold AdvancED accreditation, and three of them are authorized by the IB to deliver the Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP), and Diploma Programme (DP). Secondary campuses also provide College Board Advanced Placement courses depending on student demand.

Contract Details

• Contract length: 3 years.
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday.

Candidate Profile

• Prior IB PYP experience is mandatory.
• Experience as a PYP Coordinator or in a school leadership role is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of teaching or school leadership experience is required.
• Applicants must be able to provide references that confirm their experience.
• A valid teaching license is preferred.
• A master’s degree or higher in Education or a closely related field is required.
