This opportunity suits an experienced Property Manager or an Assistant Property Manager who is ready to step up and manage their own portfolio. The role is based in Hamilton, Waikato, and is designed for someone who wants strong backing, flexibility, and room to grow.

Role details

You will take responsibility for an approximately 125-property residential portfolio that is well maintained. A key part of the job is building and maintaining strong working relationships with landlords and tenants, while providing excellent service and clear communication.
