About the role

This position is for a Project Manager focused on workplace renovation and relocation projects, with a strong emphasis on technical delivery and execution. The role is best suited to professionals from real estate or workplace services backgrounds who have practical experience in construction, fit-outs, and project execution teams, including PDS or technical teams.

What you will do

• Own the delivery of workplace renovation and relocation projects from start to finish.
• Handle the technical side of execution, including design alignment, construction oversight, and fit-out work.
• Plan projects, manage budgets and schedules, and identify/mitigate risks.
• Work closely with contractors, consultants, MEP specialists, and vendors.
• Supervise site activity, carry out inspections, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Assess design drawings, BOQs, and technical documentation.
• Keep projects on track for time, cost, and quality commitments.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners.

Experience and technical requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in workplace renovation, relocation, or office fit-out projects.
• Strong exposure to technical delivery or project execution teams such as PDS or construction execution groups.
• Practical experience in construction and fit-out implementation.
• Ability to manage site coordination, vendors, and contractors.
• Working knowledge of MEP, interior fit-out, and commercial real estate projects.
• Well-developed stakeholder management and project leadership skills.

Preferred background

• Experience delivering large-scale office moves or workplace transformation programmes.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is considered an advantage.
