Act as a subject matter expert on the platform and advise employer partners on how to improve recruiting outcomes.
Work with internal teams across functions to improve the employer journey and increase product adoption.

Experience and Capability Requirements

At least 4 years of relevant experience, ideally in customer-facing SaaS, recruiting, implementation, or professional services.
Ability to understand a customer’s business objectives and recommend practical strategies that improve adoption and help reach hiring targets.
Comfort operating in a fast-changing startup environment with evolving priorities.
Ability to move quickly while still making thoughtful decisions.
Strong communication and relationship-building ability, including presenting to stakeholders and running training sessions.
Solid project ownership skills with a track record of managing work from start to finish.
Good analytical and critical thinking skills.
Experience working across teams such as sales, product, and marketing.

Compensation and Benefits
