About the Company

Prizeout is a fintech business headquartered in New York City that builds rewards and loyalty solutions for financial institutions. Its products are designed to help customers engage more actively with their money while maximizing financial value.

CashBack+ Pay is the company’s newest offering: a mobile payments and rewards platform that enables members to earn instant cashback when they pay directly from their financial institution account. The team is growing quickly and is looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-focused, and eager to help scale a product from an early stage.

The company values humility, innovation, creativity, and an optimistic, entrepreneurial approach. It looks for people it can trust to solve problems, adapt to challenges, and contribute positively in a fast-moving environment.

Role Overview

The Product Operations Associate will support execution across the CashBack+ Pay business and work at the crossroads of Product, Operations, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Partner Success. The role partners closely with the Head of Mobile Product & Growth and acts as a strong support multiplier for the team.

This position is designed for someone early in their career who wants broad exposure to product management, operations, growth, and fintech. The work is varied, hands-on, and fast paced, with regular involvement in product launches, customer feedback, internal coordination, and partner support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead testing and release-readiness checks for new features and product changes across iOS and Android.
  • Track bugs from discovery through resolution, including documentation, prioritization, and follow-up.
  • Support backlog refinement by drafting requirements, creating user stories, and preparing engineering tickets.
  • Run customer experience operations such as feedback review, reporting, app store review management, and escalation handling.
  • Analyze member feedback to surface recurring patterns, improvement opportunities, and product enhancement ideas.
  • Assist with CRM and lifecycle marketing operations by testing campaigns, reviewing customer journeys, and verifying message delivery and experience.
  • Coordinate communications for launches and promotions across internal teams and external audiences.
  • Help maintain relationships with credit union champions and other important partner stakeholders.
  • Keep product documentation current, including release notes, testing plans, and operational workflows.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Project Management, Consulting, Customer Experience, Marketing Operations, or a related area.
  • Strong organizational ability and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort working on several projects and priorities at the same time.
  • Curiosity and a genuine desire to learn how products are created and scaled.
  • Ability to spot issues, suggest practical solutions, and follow tasks through to completion.
  • Analytical thinking with working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience using project management platforms such as Jira, Linear, or Asana, and CRM tools like Braze is an advantage.
  • Exposure to mobile apps, fintech, SaaS, or consumer products is beneficial.
  • Strong comfort with fast-paced work and a high level of ownership and accountability.
  • Must be able to work full-time from the New York City office.
  • Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States; the company cannot sponsor or transfer employment visa sponsorship.

Compensation

The expected salary for this position is $80,000 to $95,000 per year, plus an equity component.

Equal Opportunity Statement

Prizeout is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes qualified candidates regardless of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.
