Role overview
We are seeking a well-organised, people-oriented Office Coordinator to support a busy head office environment in Parnell, Auckland. This position suits someone who enjoys a lively workplace, is comfortable handling a variety of tasks, and takes pride in helping a team feel supported, connected, and set up for success.
The role is based in the office and is designed for 25–30 hours each week, usually spread across five days at roughly 5–6 hours per day. There is some flexibility to tailor the arrangement to the right candidate.
Key duties
- Act as the main support contact for head office, helping day-to-day operations stay structured and efficient.
- Oversee office administration such as facilities, stationery, supplies, and general workplace upkeep.
- Work with external contractors for head office and store-related needs, while keeping office stock replenished and ready.
- Handle courier pickups and deliveries for Auckland boutiques.
- Organise grocery ordering and ensure the office is stocked with thoughtful extras, including treats.
- Plan team celebrations, cultural activities, and special workplace moments.
- Arrange birthday presents and flowers for head office and warehouse staff.
- Provide coordination and administrative support to the Operations Manager.
- Assist the QC team with fault tracking, coordinate repairs with suppliers, and communicate progress to store teams and customers in support of sustainability goals.
- Help strengthen company culture through surprise-and-delight initiatives for retail and head office teams.
