Key responsibilities

• Deliver strong support to ecommerce merchants across Worldpay’s global customer base.
• Update and manage configuration details for live customers on Worldpay systems.
• Provide first-level assistance to internal teams and advise commercial and implementation stakeholders on amendment-related processes as you build technical knowledge.
• Help ensure setup activities stay compliant with relevant regulatory obligations.
• Keep teamwork running smoothly by maintaining shared files and systems and by organizing work priorities effectively.
• Carry out any other tasks linked to the role as needed.

Candidate profile

• You should have tertiary education or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience in data processing is preferred but not mandatory.
• You need to be accurate, dependable, energetic, and positively contribute to the team.
• Prior experience in an office environment is important, along with the ability to manage time well, handle priorities, meet quality expectations, and work to tight deadlines.
• You should be comfortable questioning decisions when appropriate, pay close attention to detail, take initiative, and solve problems effectively.
• A foundational understanding of banking and finance will be an added advantage.
