Logistics Operations Manager

Role overview

In this position, you will help keep Intel’s supply chain running smoothly by coordinating the movement of materials, equipment, and finished products across the global network. The role sits at the center of operational delivery and plays a direct part in helping the business ship innovative products to customers reliably and efficiently.

You will take ownership of logistics activity for one or more important categories, improve performance against key metrics, and apply proven industry practices to support and exceed operational targets. The work also involves strengthening supplier partnerships, handling urgent issues, and contributing ideas that improve overall logistics strategy and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead logistics activity for assigned categories while making sure Intel standards and compliance requirements are followed.
• Review and interpret performance data to spot inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement efforts.
• Coordinate suppliers handling inbound, inter-plant, and outbound movement of materials, equipment, and finished goods so service levels meet Intel expectations.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to support timely and efficient delivery to customers.
• Apply analytics and advanced technology tools to design logistics improvements that strengthen business operations.
• Develop effective working relationships with cross-functional teams and logistics providers to support alignment and collaboration.

Contract and working arrangement

This is a fixed-term position with a duration of 23 months. The role is based in Leixlip, County Kildare, Ireland. It is tied to Shift 1 (Ireland).

The position is described as eligible for a hybrid work model, meaning time may be split between the Intel site and off-site work. The posting also notes that work model, location, or time type may change.

Compensation

The Ireland salary range for this role is €55,700 to €87,100 annually. Final pay is based on role-related skills, experience, education, and training, and the total offer may include additional pay elements and benefits.
