About the Role
As a Lifeguard at DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island, you play a key part in creating a safe and welcoming experience for guests around the pool and beach. Beyond monitoring safety, the role is also about delivering warm, attentive hospitality that helps guests enjoy a memorable stay.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests in a friendly, energetic manner, provide quick assistance, and handle concerns with courtesy and efficiency.
- Watch over pool and beach areas to reduce risk, apply safety rules, and encourage responsible swimming behavior.
- Act immediately during emergencies in accordance with the emergency response plan, including rescue support or first aid when needed.
- Keep the poolside and beach surroundings orderly, safe, and clean through regular checks and routine upkeep.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation rules to protect guest and team member wellbeing.

Qualifications
- Qualified as a pool and beach lifeguard.
- Certified in First Aid and CPR.

- Strong commitment to cleanliness, safety, and professional standards.
- Ability to provide consistently excellent customer service.
