The role is centered on delivering wedding planning, wedding design, and day-of coordination support, mainly in person at events. You will partner with client experience managers during planning and work with assistant coordinators on site to help ensure each wedding is carried out smoothly and according to plan.
Compensation
Pay is $400 per project for approximately 10 to 12 total hours of work.
Key duties
- Join a final details call with the couple about six weeks before the wedding to review logistics, timing, and expectations.
- Run the ceremony rehearsal the day before the wedding and make sure everyone understands the schedule, procession order, and important cues.
- Act as the couple’s main onsite support, keeping a steady, solution-oriented approach while handling any issues that come up.
- Supervise ceremony and reception setup so the event matches the design vision and the day-of execution plan.
- Oversee the full wedding-day flow, from vendor arrival through end-of-night breakdown.
- Welcome vendors, guide them, and serve as the central point of contact during the event.
- Clearly communicate setup directions to vendors so everything aligns with the plan.
- Help place personal touches and event details such as escort cards, menus, table numbers, favors, guest books, and décor.
- Support the wedding party and family with timing guidance, direction, and day-of assistance.
- Make sure end-of-event items like gifts, guest books, and personal décor are packed and accounted for.
- Handle last-minute changes and troubleshoot issues proactively to protect the guest experience.
Requirements
