Position Overview

For the Johanniter site in Lübeck, we are looking for a cook who enjoys preparing meals and wants to support the daily wellbeing of residents. The role is based at Johanniter Quartier Lübeck, Waisenallee 12, 23556 Lübeck, with a weekly working time of 39.5 hours.

Key Duties

• Prepare cold and hot food items according to recipes
• Help plan and implement the menu schedule
• Handle ordering, checking, and storing of goods
• Follow HACCP hygiene rules and workplace safety requirements
• Assist with preparing duty rosters and carrying out stock counts

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training as a cook, or a motivated career changer
• Dependable, responsible, and comfortable working in a team
• Careful and well-structured way of working

Hiring Requirement

• Valid health certificate, including the instruction under Section 43 of the Infection Protection Act
