Janitorial Associate

Role overview

As a Janitorial Associate, you help create a strong first and last impression by keeping the store clean, organized, and safe for customers and associates. Your work supports cleanliness across the parking lot, restrooms, and receiving areas, along with other parts of the facility as needed.

Pay and compensation

The hourly pay range for this position is $15 to $28. The final rate will meet or exceed the legally required minimum wage for the job location. In addition to base pay, you may be eligible for annual or quarterly performance incentives. Extra premium pay may also apply in certain situations, with amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on factors such as shift, facility, season, or the work being performed. More than one premium can apply when the qualifying conditions are met.

Work schedule

This is a full-time role with available shifts including mid-shift and closing.
