Key responsibilities

- Handle basic HR questions and direct more complex requests to the right team member.
- Follow HR policies, documentation rules, and data privacy standards in daily work.
- Manage digital HR folders using clear naming and filing practices.
- Track HR task progress, watch for delays or missing items, and raise issues when necessary.
- Maintain HR trackers and share status updates on open and pending work.
- Support audit readiness by keeping documents organized, complete, and easy to retrieve.
