Role Overview
Adani Electricity is looking for an HR - Admin Manager to take charge of administrative operations, workplace support, and facility coordination across the head office and project locations in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Facility and Infrastructure Management
- Keep office infrastructure available and in good working condition across the head office and project sites.
- Handle setup activities for offices, as well as mobilization and demobilization at sites.
- Oversee housekeeping, security, pantry, transport, and guest house functions.
- Make sure workplace safety and hygiene standards are consistently followed.
Vendor Management and Procurement
- Source, onboard, and coordinate with vendors supporting administrative needs.
- Manage contract timelines, negotiate rates, and ensure service-level commitments are met.
- Track vendor delivery and service standards to maintain quality.
Travel and Accommodation Coordination
- Arrange travel, hotel stays, and logistics for employees and visitors as required.
Compliance and Governance
- Ensure administrative activities remain aligned with statutory and regulatory obligations.
- Maintain proper documentation for licenses, contracts, and agreements.
Asset and Inventory Control
- Keep accurate records of office assets and monitor inventory movement.
Budgeting and Cost Management
- Prepare administrative budgets and monitor spending against them.
- Focus on expense control and cost optimization across admin functions.
Employee Support
- Respond to employee concerns related to administration and workplace support.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams and outside partners to ensure smooth administration.
Qualifications
A graduate or postgraduate degree is required, with an MBA considered an advantage.
The role calls for 8 to 12 years of experience in administration.
