About the Role
This graduate-level data analyst position supports a recent engagement with a London-based family office that manages a broad range of international assets. The role exists to help ensure that principals work with dependable, checked data so they can provide sound advice. You will collect, organize, and interpret information to keep the portfolio view accurate throughout the mandate.
About Arabian Private Holdings
Arabian Private Holdings was established to address complex business issues that are often not a good fit for large, traditional consulting teams. Whether the issue is succession planning for a board or evaluating a capital injection for a family group, the firm prefers seasoned professionals who can assess the problem carefully and stand behind their conclusions. The company accepts only a limited number of assignments so principals can stay closely involved and accountable. Its work spans corporate strategy, governance, and operational efficiency for major family groups, public companies, and government bodies in the region. The firm values clarity more than unnecessary complexity and operates fully remotely, choosing to emphasize strong analysis and client relationships rather than office overhead or rapid scale.
What You Will Do
- Collect financial and operational information from multiple portfolio businesses within the international asset base of the London partner.
- Review, standardize, and validate sizable datasets so reporting is based on information that is trustworthy and precise.
- Build concise summaries and charts that help principals spot performance patterns and emerging risks.
- Carry out independent sector research to add context for board-level decisions and strategy discussions.
- Collaborate with senior principals on models that compare alternative portfolio approaches and capital allocation choices.
- Keep records consistent across remote internal systems so the team can quickly find and use the right information.
- Help draft briefing documents that translate complex analytical findings into plain, accessible language for non-technical board members.
- Join internal reviews to confirm that all data aligns with the overall goals of the client mandate.
What We Are Looking For
- A university degree in a quantitative discipline such as economics, statistics, finance, or a similar field.
- Solid ability with data tools, including strong spreadsheet skills and basic familiarity with database software.
- Clear, concise written communication with a preference for direct, logical reporting.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to identify patterns and irregularities in complex data without being prompted.
- Interest in how large holding companies and family groups function across global markets.
- Self-management skills to work effectively and independently in a fully remote setup.
- A strong commitment to accuracy and a habit of checking work carefully before sharing it.
How We Work
The firm has a flatter structure than larger advisory businesses. Its remote model relies on trust and on each team member taking ownership of the quality of their output. Because it is led by principals, you will see how senior advisors tackle challenging governance and strategy matters. Learning happens through direct involvement in live mandates rather than through formal classroom-style training. The culture emphasizes speed to the correct answer, along with direct communication, clarity, and intellectual honesty. This is a permanent full-time role performed entirely from your own location.
What the Role Offers
- Competitive pay for an entry-level role in the advisory market.
- A permanent full-time contract with a specialized firm that recognizes individual impact.
- Exposure to senior decision-making for international holding companies and family offices.
- Flexible remote working that values outcomes over hours spent at a desk.
- A professional environment centered on disciplined analysis and straightforward communication rather than bureaucracy.
Additional Information
This position is fully remote and intended for a permanent, full-time arrangement.
