Full-Time Merchandiser

Role overview

Compensation

The wage is $23.55 per hour, with full-time hours and the possibility of overtime.

Schedule

Availability across all shifts is important, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set up and restock beverage products in shelves, coolers, racks, and display areas using manual or powered equipment.
• Support in-store promotions by keeping shelves full and promotional materials visible and effective.
• Work closely with account sales representatives and delivery teams to maintain high service standards across assigned accounts.
• Keep backroom inventory organized, tidy, and easy to manage.
• Remove expired products and rotate stock to maintain freshness.

Qualifications

• High school completion, a professional studies diploma, or an equivalent credential.
• Students are encouraged to apply.
• A valid Class G driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Ability to handle physically demanding work, including lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort working on your own and staying self-driven.
• Strong time-management skills.

Additional strengths

• Previous merchandising or customer service experience is helpful.
• Experience working in a grocery store is an advantage.
