Fresher Data Analyst (Entry / Junior Level)

Role overview

We are seeking an early-career Data Analyst to join the analytics team in a full-time, on-site role. This position is well suited to recent graduates or anyone beginning a career in data analysis who is eager to work with both structured and unstructured information and turn it into actionable business insights.

What you will do

• Gather data from a variety of sources, then clean, organize, and prepare it for analysis.
• Examine datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that can support decision-making and improve performance.
• Create reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Track key performance indicators and support regular performance monitoring.
• Assist with data visualization tasks and present findings in a clear, understandable way.
• Help maintain data quality, accuracy, and consistency across datasets.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs.
• Document analysis steps and contribute ideas to improve data workflows.

What we are looking for

The right candidate will bring strong analytical and problem-solving ability, a sharp eye for detail, and a genuine willingness to learn. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Exposure to SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Google Sheets, or similar tools will be considered an advantage. A basic grasp of statistics and data visualization concepts is useful, though not mandatory. Good communication skills and the ability to explain data clearly are important.
