Key Duties

  • Oversee building services, including upkeep, grounds care, parking areas, and general facility safety.

  • Monitor closed-circuit security equipment and access card systems.
  • Assist program managers by identifying maintenance needs and coordinating repair projects.

  • Coordinate contractor work related to building maintenance, equipment, and grounds.
