The Executive Search Partner will report to the Director of Executive Search & Acquisition and lead external executive hiring efforts for the company. Key duties

  • Own the full executive search cycle, including intake, research, candidate identification, screening, assessment, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Create and run proactive strategies to engage passive executive talent that is highly sought after in the market.
  • Work closely with the research team to build and continuously improve market intelligence plans, including target companies and key prospects.
  • Use a range of recruiting channels and approaches, such as cold outreach and referrals, to find strong candidates.
  • Present the company’s global talent brand and employee value proposition persuasively to executive candidates.
  • Develop strong working relationships with senior stakeholders to understand present and future leadership hiring needs and provide guidance on talent trends, competitor movement, and opportunistic hiring.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with hiring leaders and senior HR partners to support a smooth experience for all parties.
  • Coordinate with the executive compensation team to close complex packages covering base pay, bonus, long-term incentives, and other executive benefits.

Basic qualifications

  • Proven client-focused executive search experience, gained either in a retained search firm or through a mix of retained search and corporate executive search in a large global organization.
  • Strong knowledge of executive search practices, search strategy design and execution, research methods, executive assessment, and executive compensation.
  • Clear history of successfully implementing and managing projects or programs.
  • Strong presence in client-facing situations, with the confidence and credibility to engage senior executives.
  • Natural preference for teamwork and collaboration.
  • Strong drive for results, accountability, learning, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to contribute as part of a team while also working effectively on an independent basis.
