Role overview
An established company in the perfume manufacturing sector is seeking a capable Administrative Executive for its Dubai office in the UAE. This role is suited to someone who can keep daily office functions running smoothly, contribute to basic finance-related tasks, coordinate events, and represent the company well in client-facing situations. The right candidate should be highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable handling several priorities in a busy environment.
Core duties
- Oversee routine administrative work and support efficient day-to-day office functioning.
- Assist with entry-level accounting activities, including invoicing, petty cash handling, expense monitoring, and coordination with the finance team.
- Plan, organize, and help execute company events, meetings, and exhibitions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and clients through professional communication and public relations support.
- Draft reports, letters, emails, and presentation material when needed.
- Provide support to management on different projects and help ensure deadlines are achieved.
- Manage incoming phone calls, email correspondence, and visitor reception in a professional manner.
Required profile
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in administration or coordination positions.
- Working familiarity with accounting tools such as QuickBooks, Zoho, Tally, or Microsoft Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with solid interpersonal ability.
- Excellent organization, time management, and multitasking capability.
- A polished and presentable professional who is comfortable handling PR and event-related responsibilities.
- Independent thinker who can work proactively and come up with practical solutions.
