Overview
This short-term remote assignment is for a digital designer focused on performance-oriented creative work. The position supports a global technology business and its creative function, with output tailored for international audiences and fast-moving campaign needs.
The work is hands-on and deadline-driven, requiring a designer who combines strong visual quality with speed, curiosity, and a practical, data-informed approach. You will produce attention-grabbing creatives for paid social, app marketplaces, and other digital touchpoints, with an emphasis on engagement, conversion, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop static and motion-led creative assets for Meta, Google, TikTok, and app store placements.
- Build channel-specific designs that reflect audience behaviour and current platform trends.
- Apply AI tools, automated methods, and reusable templates to increase creative throughput.
- Refine and improve assets using test results, campaign metrics, and performance insights.
- Work closely with marketing, brand, copy, and product teams to deliver campaigns efficiently.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in digital design, motion design, or performance creative roles.
- Advanced working knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, and After Effects.
- Demonstrated experience creating assets for paid social and digital marketing campaigns.
- Clear understanding of performance creative principles, including what influences clicks, installs, and conversions.
- Experience using AI-enabled tools to speed up creative production.
- Ability to work at pace, handle several briefs at once, and improve work based on feedback.
- Availability to work 2 to 3 days per week during the 6-month contract.
Additional Information
This is a remote contract assignment based in the United Kingdom. The engagement runs for 6 months. The role is designed for someone who can contribute quickly in a fast-paced environment and support multiple campaign needs across markets.
