What you'll do

  • Work with the retail leadership team to shape brand positioning and build a scalable brand architecture for the retail portfolio across Emerging Markets.
  • Support the creation and rollout of annual and seasonal business plans that translate into clear, practical marketing and communication activity alongside Merchant, Retail Operations, and Corporate Marketing teams.
  • Bring together approaches across Emerging Market regions by applying proven market successes to new geographies and making better use of shared resources.
  • Coordinate closely with the Merchant team to develop and execute seasonal marketing plans that support key merchandising priorities and opportunities.
  • Handle community outreach, relationship development, and account management across a growing portfolio of customers, including businesses of different sizes, non-profits, associations, and event partners.
  • Track, measure, and improve performance against agreed KPIs and core business metrics.
  • Work with a varied customer base to sell products, programs, and services while protecting and expanding profit margins.

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with traditional brand management practices such as portfolio management, pricing, and competitor analysis.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting, planning, advertising, promotions, community relations, public relations, and sponsorships.
  • Knowledge of the wound care therapeutic area, particularly from a retail business perspective.
  • Strong organisational skills, a proactive approach, ownership of work, and genuine commitment to the brand.
