About the role

Louis Vuitton is seeking a Client Advisor for its Auckland boutiques on Queen Street. This role is about representing a heritage luxury brand and creating memorable, high-touch experiences for every visitor.

What you'll do

• Deliver elevated in-store experiences that leave a lasting impression.
• Act as a knowledgeable brand representative and communicate the Louis Vuitton story with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Help foster an energetic, premium retail culture within the team.

Additional information

Helpful experience and qualities include previous work in premium retail, hospitality, or other client-facing roles; a strong track record of meeting KPIs; polished personal presentation; excellent verbal and written communication; fluency in more than one language; and confidence using digital tools.
