What you will do

  • Assist with the planning and delivery of multi-channel brand programs, especially those focused on awareness and content-led activity.
  • Coordinate end-to-end campaigns across social, digital, out-of-home, audio, print, and content formats to strengthen the brand and improve member experience.
  • Use test-and-learn methods to help improve campaign performance and effectiveness over time.
  • Keep the enterprise go-to-market calendar up to date, recording ATL and BTL activity across business units so campaigns land with maximum impact.
  • Protect brand standards across all internal and external communication channels.
  • Manage brand review workflows for enterprise assets using internal systems and tools.
  • Serve as a go-to internal contact for brand questions from internal stakeholders and agency partners.
  • Support the content approval process across lines of business, helping drive strong communication quality and creative standards.
  • Handle day-to-day agency coordination, including WIPs, project schedules, and budgets.
  • Give clear, constructive feedback to agencies to keep work aligned to strategy and brand requirements.
  • Build direct working relationships with media partners to help create added value.
  • Improve internal processes as business needs change, with a focus on efficiency and better ways of working.
  • Contribute fresh ideas to strengthen brand operations and improve campaign delivery.

What we are looking for

  • A tertiary qualification in marketing or a business-related discipline is preferred.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing and campaign coordination is preferred.
  • Ability to manage several projects at once while balancing deadlines and competing priorities.
  • Self-driven attitude with the confidence to take initiative when challenges arise.
  • Customer-first mindset and the ability to build strong internal relationships.
  • Agency management exposure is highly valued, especially in maintaining productive relationships and ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with compliance, legal, senior leaders, peers, and central teams.
  • Budget management experience and solid Excel capability.
  • Comfort with improving internal processes and applying innovative thinking to existing workflows.
  • Flexible, proactive team player with a positive approach.
  • Highly organised, results-focused, and strong in written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to assess campaign structures and customer journeys so execution is accurate and fully on-brand.
