BIM Modeller

Role Overview

This position is for a BIM Modeller focused on transportation infrastructure. The role is based either on project sites or in the office and sits within a team working on roads, highways, railways, metro systems, and bridge projects.

Core Responsibilities

• Create and maintain BIM models for transportation assignments, including roads, highways, rail, metro, and bridge works.
• Build detailed 3D models, drawings, and construction documentation with BIM software.
• Work closely with design engineers and other discipline teams to keep models accurate and free from clashes.
• Apply BIM standards, modelling workflows, and quality assurance checks to project outputs.
• Pull quantities, drawings, and reports directly from BIM models as needed.
• Assist project teams through the design phase and into construction support.

Software Knowledge

• Autodesk Civil 3D
• Revit
• Navisworks
• AutoCAD
• BIM 360 / ACC, preferred

Skills and Working Style

• Solid understanding of transportation engineering concepts and industry standards.
• Hands-on experience with BIM Execution Plans and model coordination.
• Clear communication and strong coordination abilities.
• Capacity to deliver within schedule and maintain quality expectations.

Eligibility and Education

Candidates should have 3 to 6 years of relevant experience and hold a Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
