Role Overview
Apple Retail is designed to showcase the best of Apple in one place. The focus is on helping people do what they enjoy while creating a distinctive, Apple-only customer experience. In this store leadership role, you will guide, coach, and develop a team that delivers outstanding customer experiences. A key part of the job is staying actively involved in customer interactions with team members across the store to help meet business priorities and performance goals.
You will be accountable for improving results in the areas assigned to you, while collaborating with colleagues to carry out strategy and support Apple’s wider goals.
What You Will Do
- Lead a team by helping each person learn, grow, and achieve both performance and development targets.
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, development, and retention of a diverse, high-performing workforce.
- Take an active floor-leadership role by engaging with customers and team members throughout the store, demonstrating strong service standards, and keeping business priorities on track.
- Handle concerns and escalations from customers or team members, and work with store leadership or People/business partners when needed.
- Improve store results by planning and executing operational actions within your assigned area.
- Follow company policies and procedures and safeguard all company property and confidential business, customer, employee, and financial information.
- Complete additional duties as required.
- Promote inclusion by respecting differences and staying open to learning from others.

Minimum Qualifications
- You must be able to work a business-driven schedule that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays, and you must reliably attend work as scheduled, subject to local law and any approved accommodations.
- You need strong written and spoken English skills; sign language support is available.
- You should have prior experience leading others in retail, sales, or a similar field.

Compensation and Benefits
The base pay for this position ranges from $38.40 to $57.63 per hour, depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
In addition to base pay, Apple may offer access to discretionary stock programs, discounted stock purchase opportunities, medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, product and service discounts, tuition reimbursement for eligible education related to career growth, discretionary bonuses or commissions, and relocation support where applicable.
