Role summary

This contract position is for a remote Administrative Manager supporting office and administrative functions for a client organization. The work is centered on keeping processes organized, helping teams stay coordinated, and making sure day-to-day operations follow established standards.

This role is fully remote and can be done from anywhere. It is offered as a contract engagement.

Compensation

The pay rate for this assignment is USD 20 to USD 40 per hour.

What you will do

• Keep office administration workflows organized and efficient.
• Support different teams with documentation, communication, and calendar coordination.
• Help ensure company policies and regulatory obligations are followed.
• Track office metrics and prepare basic performance updates or reports.
• Work with vendors and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

What is needed

The employer is looking for someone with prior experience in office administration or a similar administrative role. Strong skills in organization, time management, and handling sensitive information are important. Familiarity with basic accounting or financial tracking is a plus. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
