  • Assist with co-investments in multi-hundred-million-dollar SPVs alongside leading institutional LPs.
  • Create fresh sourcing approaches, keep team workflows coordinated, and remain accessible to founders.
  • Provide high-touch, concierge-style support to a small number of standout founders, taking ownership of tasks of any size.

Required qualifications

  • Between 2 and 4 years of post-graduation experience in investment banking, private equity, top-tier strategy consulting, growth equity, venture capital, or operations at a leading venture-backed startup.
  • A history of performance at a top firm in one of the above areas; examples mentioned include McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Evercore, Centerview, Lazard, Blackstone, KKR, Apollo, TPG, Silver Lake, Thoma Bravo, Sequoia, Benchmark, and a16z.
  • A humble, driven, and highly competitive mindset, backed by strong evidence of exceptional performance.
