Third Key Holder

Overview

We are seeking a friendly, energetic retail professional who enjoys working in fashion and delivering a positive customer experience. In this role, you will support visual presentation, merchandising, and marketing execution while helping keep store and stockroom activities running smoothly. When the store leadership team is unavailable, you will take charge of day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for store operations when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are not present, including opening and closing, maintaining cleanliness, replenishing stock, merchandise presentation, customer assistance, and team supervision.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere by greeting customers, acknowledging them promptly, and re-engaging shoppers as needed, while maintaining strong product knowledge.
• Handle sales transactions at the register accurately and efficiently.
• Follow all company rules, procedures, and standards.
• Support the Store Manager in ensuring workplace practices align with the employee handbook and company expectations.
• Complete other job-related tasks assigned by the Store Manager to support business needs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience is required.
• High school completion is considered an advantage.
• Proven ability in sales and customer service.
• Good time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfort with assigning tasks and taking accountability for outcomes.
• Ability to guide a team in a positive, inclusive way.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to remain standing for long periods and climb a ladder.
• Should be able to move, lift, and handle merchandise and store fixtures weighing up to 30 pounds.

Availability

• Must be available to work days, evenings, and weekends.
