Role Overview

Alpha Placements Services is seeking confident and energetic Telecallers / Calling Executives for its Sikar, Rajasthan office. The role involves reaching out to candidates by phone, sharing information about open positions, answering questions, and supporting the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to candidates and explain current job opportunities.
• Respond to candidate questions in a professional manner and help them understand the hiring process.
• Keep daily call logs and update candidate information accurately.
• Follow up with interested candidates and coordinate interview scheduling.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with both candidates and clients.

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi; knowledge of English will be an added advantage.
• Comfort with basic computer use and MS Office applications.
• A positive approach and the ability to persuade and engage candidates effectively.
• Open to both freshers and candidates with prior experience.
• Capable of performing well in a target-driven work environment.
