About the company
JustPark brings together parking solutions for businesses and drivers, covering both B2B and B2C needs. The platform helps drivers search for, reserve, and pay for parking, while also supporting destinations, local authorities, and private driveway owners in delivering a smoother parking experience. The business combines the strengths of JustPark and ParkHub into one unified company focused on making parking simpler from start to finish.
ParkHub is known for transforming event parking in the US, improving venue operations and reducing friction for customers. JustPark has done the same in the UK by making parking searches and bookings quick and straightforward. Together, the company now offers a broader, end-to-end parking solution for both consumer and commercial users.
Role overview
In this position, you will be the only dedicated talent acquisition specialist in the global People team. You will independently handle hiring across the UK and US, working closely with stakeholders at different levels and strengthening existing recruitment processes so they can scale and deliver consistently strong hiring outcomes.
Candidate sourcing and engagement
- Attract talent through a blend of channels, including job boards, social platforms, employee referrals, networking, and AI-supported sourcing tools, with the goal of building a broad and varied candidate pool across the UK and US.
- Create and maintain strong pipelines for important positions, using AI to identify and prioritise passive talent efficiently.
- Develop relationships with passive candidates over time so top performers remain interested and engaged.
- Build and manage a scalable pipeline for early-career hiring through internship programmes.
End-to-end recruitment
- Own the full recruitment cycle from role briefing and advertising through screening, interviewing, negotiation, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Use AI-enabled tools to make hiring workflows more efficient while keeping the candidate journey positive and personal.
- Refine existing recruitment practices so they stay structured, repeatable, and scalable across both the UK and US.
- Handle new starter administration, including contracts and onboarding, and work with People colleagues and hiring managers to ensure new employees are welcomed smoothly.
Stakeholder partnership
- Serve as a dependable recruitment partner to hiring managers in both regions, offering market knowledge, best-practice guidance, and support with candidate assessment.
- Use data and AI-generated insights to help shape hiring decisions, role design, and market positioning.
- Collaborate closely with the broader People function to support hiring outcomes.
Employer branding
- Contribute to JustPark's profile as an attractive employer by helping with social content, job advertisements, and improvements to the careers page as part of your development in the role.
- Partner with Marketing and the People team on employer branding initiatives as the remit expands.
Requirements

- Background as a standalone recruiter or embedded recruiter, with the ability to manage priorities and work within established frameworks.
- Experience hiring in technology-led environments, including both technical and commercial roles.
- Confidence using and implementing AI tools in recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, interview preparation, and reporting; the current stack includes Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Claude.

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- A results-focused approach, with attention to hiring goals and quality of hire.
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with strong prioritisation skills.
- Clear commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout hiring.
- Analytical capability to use data for recruitment reporting and performance tracking.
