Role overview
IFS is hiring a proactive and seasoned Talent Acquisition Partner to support recruitment across multiple countries in the Middle East and Asia. The role is focused on delivering strong hiring outcomes, improving the candidate and stakeholder experience, and partnering closely with hiring managers and HR business partners as a strategic advisor.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers for a range of roles across several locations.
- Create recruitment approaches suited to Middle East and Asia markets, while accounting for local employment regulations and regional culture.
- Work with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand workforce requirements and translate them into effective hiring plans.
- Develop and nurture talent pipelines and professional networks for difficult-to-fill and business-critical positions.
- Strengthen the employer brand through social channels, job platforms, and regional events to attract strong candidates.
- Deliver an inclusive and responsive candidate experience through prompt updates, clear communication, and respectful handling.
- Use recruitment data and market insights to guide hiring decisions and improve recruitment effectiveness.
Requirements
- Background in internal recruitment, preferably gained in a multinational organization.
- Demonstrated success recruiting across multiple countries in the Middle East and Asia.
- Solid understanding of sourcing methods and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Comfort managing several priorities in a demanding, fast-moving environment.
- Exposure to recruitment within technology or software companies.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and similar sourcing tools.
