About KREWE

KREWE is an independent, fashion-forward eyewear label inspired by the energy and creativity of New Orleans. Founded in 2013, the brand is known for handcrafted sun and optical frames that emphasize quality, individuality, and thoughtful design. With headquarters in New Orleans and New York City, KREWE operates across boutiques, mobile retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels, reaching style-conscious customers and tastemakers.

The company is growing quickly and is looking for people who are ambitious, collaborative, and motivated by meaningful work. Teams move fast, take ownership, and contribute to a brand that is both culturally grounded and widely resonant.

Role Overview

KREWE is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee production tracking and coordination across the business. This position keeps orders moving from development through delivery by maintaining visibility, aligning internal teams, and closing out issues promptly. The role also serves as the bridge between Design, Marketing, Planning, and the Trade Office, while handling sourcing and execution for domestic and non-core product lines.

This is an onsite position based at the New Orleans headquarters, with a five-day in-office schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain full visibility into all orders, milestones, and delivery dates throughout the production cycle, ensuring tracking remains current and accurate.
  • Coordinate production activity across Design, Marketing, Planning, and the Trade Office so priorities, timelines, and deliverables stay aligned.
  • Run core production and tracking discussions, setting clear agendas, assigning owners, and ensuring follow-through on action items.
  • Spot schedule risks and delays early, communicate them clearly, and escalate to the right stakeholders when needed to protect timelines.
  • Monitor vendor and production partner performance against key milestones and hold partners accountable for delays or slippage.
  • Manage sourcing and production execution end to end for domestic and non-core categories, including identifying, onboarding, and overseeing vendors.
  • Resolve production and sourcing issues efficiently, taking ownership of problems and pushing them to closure with minimal unnecessary escalation.
  • Keep reporting and operating systems organized and reliable so production status and risks are visible in real time.

Requirements

  • 4 to 7+ years of experience in supply chain, production, or project management within a consumer, retail, or product-focused business.
  • Prior exposure to international manufacturing partners; experience working with Asia-based partners is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage several workstreams while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management and organizational capability, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment and driving execution even when information is incomplete.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders and encourage accountability.
  • Practical problem-solving approach with a strong bias toward action and follow-through.

Perks and Benefits

  • Competitive pay
  • Group medical, vision, and dental coverage
  • Welfare benefits including life insurance, AD&D, and supplemental voluntary coverage
  • Flexible spending account and HSA program
  • 401(k) investment options
  • Adoption assistance, employee assistance program, and commuter benefits
  • Paid parental leave
  • Quarterly cultural spend
  • Ongoing training and development, plus an educational allowance
  • 10 paid holidays and accrued paid time off
  • Quarterly employee frame allowance
