Role Overview

Marcolin USA is looking for a Supply Chain Planner to play an important part in its supply chain strategy. This position calls for a proactive, highly motivated professional who enjoys improving systems and workflows while balancing near-term demands with long-range priorities. Strong organization, multitasking ability, and a sharp focus on service, inventory, and supply-demand alignment are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain effective coordination with headquarters, Asia-based teams, internal departments, and suppliers to validate production and shipping timelines and help ensure orders are delivered on schedule.
  • Share urgent shipping priorities with suppliers to support sales goals and customer needs.
  • Work with Sales and global manufacturing partners to authorize shipping methods for finished products, cases, and component parts.
  • Track supplier KPI results and collaborate with the MASIA team on ongoing improvement efforts.
  • Spot possible shortages or availability issues with products and materials and communicate them early.
  • Handle case management by reviewing requirements, keeping forecasts current, and approving case purchases.
  • Provide regular visibility on supply status and shipment progress across sales channels.
  • Keep master data current and make sure planning settings in SAP and internal systems are accurate.
  • Update release dates and status codes in SAP to support correct order tracking and execution.
  • Oversee inventory performance, including parameter management, reduction actions, and KPI tracking.
  • Support planning and replenishment for components and finished goods alongside Supply Chain teams.
  • Prepare and distribute recurring operational reporting on daily, weekly, and monthly cycles for stakeholders.
  • Assist with portfolio management and allocation work by coordinating across departments.
  • Help drive results against company and department goals tied to purchasing, receiving, and inventory control.
  • Take on special projects and other ad hoc tasks as needed.

Experience and Skills

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related discipline, along with around five years of supply chain planning experience. A solid understanding of supply chain principles and practical application is expected, together with strong analytical, planning, organization, and communication skills. Comfort with Microsoft Excel is required, and prior SAP experience is strongly preferred.
