Supply Chain Manager

Role overview

Mina El Toro is seeking a sharp, data-minded, and outcome-focused Supply Chain Manager to guide and improve the full supply chain function. This role is centered on strengthening efficiency, coordinating supplier and partner relationships, and making sure products move smoothly from sourcing through delivery.

Key responsibilities

You will be responsible for shaping supply chain plans that lift efficiency, service quality, and cost performance. The position covers procurement, inventory control, warehousing, logistics, distribution, and demand planning.

You will track key performance indicators, stock positions, supplier results, and operating metrics to spot opportunities for improvement. A major part of the role will be maintaining productive relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams so day-to-day operations run without disruption.

The role also involves working closely with sales, operations, production, and finance to align supply chain work with wider business goals. You will manage budgets, seek cost savings, and plan resources to support profitability.

In addition, you will support process improvement, automation, and digital transformation efforts across supply chain operations. You will also help ensure adherence to quality requirements, regulatory obligations, safety practices, and risk controls, while identifying threats to supply continuity and preparing fallback and business continuity plans.

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate should bring proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, procurement, or leadership within operations. A solid grasp of planning, inventory control, sourcing, and distribution is important, along with strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and sound decision-making.

Experience using ERP platforms, supply chain software, and data analysis tools will be valuable. The role also calls for strong leadership, stakeholder coordination, and negotiation skills, plus the ability to manage several priorities in a busy, fast-changing environment.
