Role overview
Panda Restaurant Group is looking for an experienced store leader to oversee a single location in Wahiawa, HI. This position focuses on running day-to-day operations, leading associates, meeting financial targets, and delivering a strong guest experience. The company emphasizes associate development through paid leadership training, mentorship, and ongoing support.
What you will be doing
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of one store. Your work will include guiding hiring decisions, directing team members, managing performance, and making sure operational and business goals are met. The role is built around both people leadership and store performance.
Training and development
To set you up for success, the company provides a store leadership training program that lasts at least 8 weeks. You will also have access to continued leadership development, education assistance, scholarships, and growth opportunities into higher management roles.
Compensation and benefits
The pay range for this role is $28 to $31 per hour. The package may also include bonus opportunities, free meals during shifts, paid time off, paid holidays, bereavement and funeral leave, and a leave share program. Work environment and physical demands
The position requires working in a fast-paced restaurant setting where kitchen areas can be hot, noisy, and crowded. Team members are expected to stay on their feet for long periods, work around steam, prepare hot and cold food, use kitchen tools such as a Chinese cook knife, and move quickly while maintaining accuracy. The role may involve lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for up to four hours, and reaching across 36-inch counters. Flexibility and the ability to handle changing priorities and difficult situations are important.
