Store Manager

Role overview

This opportunity is for a retail leader who will help establish and run On’s second store in Saudi Arabia, located in Jeddah. In the lead-up to opening, you will contribute to shaping store operating processes and support the recruitment of a strong, service-focused team of Sales Advisors. After launch, you will own the store’s day-to-day performance, customer experience, and overall operational health.

What you will do

• Represent and reinforce On’s values and brand philosophy in every interaction with customers and team members.
• Work with the Human Capital team to recruit, onboard, train, develop, and manage performance for store advisors, while also coordinating work schedules.
• Help create and maintain partnerships outside the store to strengthen local community engagement.
• Drive store performance by tracking key business metrics and acting on the numbers to improve results.
• Manage inventory, back-of-house activities, and front-of-house operations to deliver a consistently strong customer experience.
• Contribute to testing, rolling out, and improving new retail tools and solutions.
• Support product presentation, sales planning, and retail marketing efforts to improve the sales journey and visual merchandising.
• Ensure the store remains fully aligned with brand standards, operational guidelines, and company policies.

What the role involves before and after launch

Before opening, the role includes helping define the store’s operating model and supporting hiring efforts. Once the store is live, the focus shifts to leading daily operations, customer service, internal team coordination, and external collaboration.

Team environment

The store operates in a dynamic, fast-moving retail setting. You will work closely with the store team, store leadership, and the global DTC Retail team to help reimagine retail and create a standout customer experience every day.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in retail in a comparable role.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Confidence to take initiative, learn fast, and work effectively both alone and with others.
• Strong attention to store presentation and overall visual condition.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities while staying customer-focused and adaptable to business needs.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization or retail systems such as Cegid, SAP Retail, or Salesforce.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
