Role Overview
This position leads the day-to-day performance of one restaurant location. The store manager is responsible for steering the team, coordinating hiring and staffing, and making sure financial targets are met while customers receive a consistently strong dining experience.
Training and Development
To set new leaders up for success, the company provides a paid store leadership training program lasting at least 8 weeks. Ongoing mentorship, career growth support, and leadership development are also part of the opportunity.
