Overview
John Taylor Multi Academy Trust is seeking a dependable and enthusiastic Site Operative to join its Site Team at John Taylor Free School. This is a permanent, full-time, year-round post for 37 hours per week.
Working pattern
The standard schedule is Monday from 8:00am to 4:00pm and Tuesday to Friday from 10:00am to 6:00pm. During school closure periods, the hours change to Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm.
Salary
This role is paid at Grade 5, SCP 7 to 9, with a salary of £26,403 to £27,254 per annum.
Role purpose
The successful candidate will support the school through caretaking duties, helping to maintain the site, secure the premises, and keep the building looking presentable. The post requires a flexible approach, including covering different shifts when colleagues are absent or unwell.
