Senior Ecommerce Executive

Role overview

The Ecommerce Executive sits within the Business team and is responsible for managing and running the brand’s online sales channels. The role is focused on creating a smooth, fast, and timely shopping experience for customers while supporting revenue growth for the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the company website and e-commerce storefronts.
• Plan and execute sales campaigns, including recurring monthly and quarterly initiatives.
• Monitor sales performance and recommend actions to improve results for specific product groups.
• Track the online shopping journey and suggest ways to improve efficiency and conversion.
• Manage stock movement and inventory flow to help avoid shortages.
• Review customer feedback and ratings to improve service quality and overall satisfaction.
• Handle platform advertising, affiliate activities, and livestream initiatives when applicable.
• Coordinate directly with external service partners whenever support or follow-up is required.
• Stay current on platform policies, rules, and algorithm changes.
• Prepare and submit monthly performance reports.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in ecommerce is preferred, especially within fashion or retail.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive, action-oriented approach to finding practical solutions.
• Hands-on ability to work with platforms and tools such as Shopee, Haravan, TikTok, and Meta.
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and work quality.

Work schedule and location

Working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility to work online depending on the nature of the industry. The workplace is at Otsu Labs Building, No. 6, D6 Street, Caric Residential Area, Quarter 8, An Khanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
