Role overview
This opportunity is for a Senior Creative Designer hired through a partner company, with the partner handling the application review and all subsequent hiring steps. The role is based in the United Kingdom and sits within a product-and-creative environment where design helps shape user experience, brand expression, and marketing performance across digital channels.
You will take ownership of building and refining polished visual assets, design systems, and brand standards that keep the experience consistent across every touchpoint. The role brings together product, marketing, and creative collaboration, with a strong focus on producing engaging visuals that improve communication and support business goals. It is well suited to someone who enjoys scalable design thinking, creative storytelling, and hands-on delivery in a fast-moving, innovation-led setting.
Accountabilities
- Own the creation, upkeep, and ongoing improvement of design work across product and marketing initiatives.
- Support the development and delivery of promotional campaigns and broader creative marketing activity.
- Shape original design ideas for both product and marketing use, with a strong emphasis on clear visual storytelling.
- Create, maintain, and expand design systems so digital experiences remain efficient and visually consistent.
- Develop and refresh brand guidelines, visual identity elements, and creative standards.
- Produce high-quality digital materials for social media, campaigns, presentations, and other communication needs.
- Check that all outputs match the approved design system and template standards, both visually and in quality.
- Design vector icons and user interface components for use across product and marketing experiences.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and creative stakeholders to ensure design output supports wider business objectives.
- Review how designs perform and help improve creative workflows and production processes.
Requirements
- Advanced ability in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop, as well as Figma.
- Strong command of typography, including choosing complementary fonts, setting hierarchy, and maintaining readability.
- Good practical knowledge of composition, page or screen layout, and colour theory.
- Track record of producing digital content for social channels, presentations, infographics, and campaign work.
- Confidence in handling several projects at once in a demanding, fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and analytical skills.
- Comfort using AI-enabled design tools and related workflows.
- Ability to take responsibility for design results and contribute proactively to team outcomes.
- Background in product design or marketing design is an added advantage.
- Exposure to iGaming or similarly fast-moving digital product sectors is beneficial.
