Role Summary

The Scheduling Coordinator handles service scheduling with accuracy and speed while delivering strong customer support. The position acts as an important communication bridge among multiple parties involved in the scheduling process.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely, high-quality support to clients and other stakeholders.
• Work with clients to make sure services are scheduled correctly and recorded properly.
• Serve as a communication point for insurance carriers, provider offices, attorney offices, and injured workers/claimants.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of scheduling actions and related communication.
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain compliance.

Schedule Requirements

This is a remote position. Availability is required between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with flexibility during those hours to maintain scheduling coverage.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Candidates should have strong written and verbal communication skills, solid organization and time management abilities, and comfort using scheduling tools and standard office software. The role also calls for a sharp eye for detail, dependable accuracy, problem-solving ability, comfort working under pressure, and experience in customer service or a related field. Team collaboration experience is also expected.

Benefit eligibility can vary based on full-time or part-time status. Pay is based on the U.S. geographic market and other factors such as skills, experience, and education. The expected hourly base pay is $14.75 to $20.00.
