Internship Overview

This full-time internship based in Mumbai involves a variety of sales and marketing responsibilities aimed at enhancing brand presence and supporting go-to-market efforts. The role blends creative content creation with sales operations and demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using AI tools daily.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on content topics including competitors, market trends in e-commerce and AI-commerce, customer pain points, and successful marketing strategies.
• Develop and refine content such as blog articles, social media posts, email copy, and one-pagers using polished American English.
• Create scripts for product demonstrations, video marketing initiatives, and social media campaigns.
• Manage the brand’s social media platforms by planning editorial calendars, drafting and publishing posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing engagement metrics.
• Support sales operations by building prospect lists, enriching data, maintaining CRM quality, and managing outbound communication sequences.
• Assist with outbound marketing campaigns including researching target accounts, personalizing messages, and tracking responses.
• Contribute to sales collateral creation, competitive analysis, and internal reporting on go-to-market strategies.

Candidate Eligibility

• Must be available to work full-time onsite at the Mumbai office for the entire 6-month duration.
• Internship start date should be between July 23, 2026 and August 27, 2026.
• Possess relevant skills including social media marketing, CRM, content marketing, and sales management.
• Strong command of American English writing with samples required.
• Frequent user of large language models and AI tools, with concrete examples demonstrating productive application of these technologies.
• Comfortable with sales operational tasks like managing lists, data entry, CRM maintenance, and processes.
• Organized, self-motivated, and dependable, capable of balancing varied responsibilities effectively.

Internship Details & Benefits

• Duration: 6 months with immediate start.
• Monthly stipend ranging between ₹20,000 and ₹30,000.
• Working schedule: 5 days per week.

• Certificate of completion and a letter of recommendation upon successful conclusion of the internship.
